Who we are
studio.chat (STUDIO.CHAT S.A.S.) is an audiovisual production studio based in Medellín, Colombia, and the data controller for the information described here. Questions about this policy? Write to hi@studio.chat.

What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, company or project name, budget range, and message you choose to share. Our servers also briefly log your IP address to limit spam and abuse.
03_
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to your inquiry and to prepare a quote or production plan. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with
Your message reaches us through Resend, our email delivery provider. The map on our contact page is served by Stadia Maps, which receives your IP address to load the map tiles. We use Sentry for error monitoring and session replay (see below). All of these process data on our behalf and nothing more.

Error and session monitoring
We use Sentry to capture errors and a small sample of session replays — playback of how a page behaved in your browser — so we can reproduce and fix bugs. By default these replays mask the text and form fields you type, so your message contents aren't recorded. It's used only for debugging, never advertising, and Sentry processes it in the United States.

Cookies
We set a functional cookie to remember your language preference. Our monitoring (above) may store a short-lived identifier to group a session's replay. We don't use advertising or marketing trackers.

Your rights
Under Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 and other applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and withdraw consent at any time. We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@studio.chat.
